This Good Faith Estimate (GFE) provides an overview of the estimated fees you may encounter when receiving therapy services from our practice. Please note that these are estimates based on the information provided during scheduling, and your actual costs may vary depending on your individual treatment plan.

Estimated Costs Breakdown:

• Individual Therapy Sessions:

  • $135 per 53 minute session​

  • $100 per 45 minute session

  •                                     $90 per 30 minute session                                     ​

• Cancellation Fee: $100 if session is cancelled after the 24 hour notice time

• Insurance Copayments/Deductibles vary based on your plan. for more information, please call the number on the back of your insurance card.
